Debra Herman

Teacher – Studio Owner – Yoga Australia Member, Board Member Yoga Research Society, Founding Member QiGong Research Society

Debra has been practicing yoga for nearly as long as she can remember. A life-long love of Asana and Yogic Philosophy began in childhood for her, alongside her mother. She started learning Classical Hatha Yoga and went on to explore many more styles and teachers along the way. Debra hopes to bring focus to self awareness in her gentle classes, along with building strength and providing respite from daily stress. Strong foundations in posture are important to her, but a lighthearted, inquisitive approach is key.
Debra also trained extensively in QiGong, and brings her experience of prana/qi flow to her classes.
